Highland Associates provided Architectural & Engineering design services to Diversified Information Technologies for
their new facility located in the former Globe Store building.
The proposal for this facility included developing this existing six story, 256,000 square foot building for use as
their corporate headquarters and primary imaging center.
The first floor of the building includes the Main Entrance Lobby on the Wyoming Avenue side, an Everhart Museum exhibit
area and a Service Entrance at the existing loading docks on the Penn Avenue side. The remainder of the first floor is
available for future office space.
The scope of the building renovations for the exterior included: window replacement, cleaning and painting the façade,
refurbishing of the Wyoming Avenue entrance and ADA accessibility. New exterior lighting was provided to accent the main facade.
