Highland Associates was commissioned to create a dynamic new office space for the East Coast Headquarters of the
International Market Research firm IPSOS Reid. When the project began there were only 5 staff members, and a key
feature of the design was to attract potential job candidates.
Highland Associates had to anticipate the future needs of a possible fifty (50) person staff. We created a
centralized "Café" area adjacent to the Cafeteria that would be utilized as a central circulation
element and also used for informal meetings and chance encounters. Highland Associates highlighted the spectacular
views by having a mix of exterior and interior offices allowing all employees to "Share the Views & Natural Light."
