Highland Associates has provided A/E & Interior Design services to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital since 1992.
These services include renovations of existing space including treatment areas, exercise equipment rooms, doctors
offices, hydrotherapy areas, MRI and many others.
The Regional Cancer Center was very much a part of the Hospitals' core specialty services. The planning for this
center included (2) specialties, which were the Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology Departments. The
consolidation of these areas started with Phase 1 of the project consisting of (6) sub-phases totaling 13,952 sf.
at a cost of $2.2 million dollars. This Phase included (2) new vaults, new exam rooms, patient changing testing
areas and other support space.
