The existing Rehab facility was housed in a converted shopping center space. The facility has been continuing to grow
and has added several new services to its credit. Highland was commissioned to design a state of the art facility to
include an Aquatics Program, Orthodics, Occupational Therapy, Sports Conditioning including a Sprint Room, Work Kinetics
Area, and Main Exercise Room. The design allows an open feeling by its large curved ceiling volumes and adjacent room
relationships.
The staff spaces have direct views into all exercise locations from a central location. A large Conference Room was
designed to allow educational programs to be presented to the patients and community. The facility is designed at
18,500 sf. and has a construction budget of $2.2 million dollars.
