Highland Associates provided design services for the renovation of an existing patient room. Our services included Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems to support a new 13,000 sq. ft. state of the art Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This unit included Protective Isolation Rooms, Step-Down, Pediatric Intensive Care Room, Support Areas and Offices. The project was completed in 2004 with a construction cost of $2.6 million.
