Cazenovia College is the 28th oldest Independent College in the United States. Highland Associates was commissioned to
provide a Master Plan that would form a 5-10 year working plan. In order to meet this goal, Highland conducted
interviews with the faculty, staff and students at the College to determine immediate and long-term needs. As a
result of this interaction, a Plan was developed that strives to improve the College body and applicants and,
through the expansion of academic offerings and aesthetic enhancements, increase the enrollment from 750 to 850
students. Improved Athletic facilities and strong community involvement in the campus activities were also addressed.
