Highland Associates completed a Master Plan for Utica College's 130 acre campus. The Plan integrates the existing
1960's buildings and grounds into an expanded plan, taking the Campus from an enrollment of 1700 to over 3000 students.
The building expansions include future residential halls and graduate townhouses, expanded student center and athletic
center, and expanded classroom/faculty office space. Featured buildings include a new science and technology center
and a new executive conference/theater facility.
Exterior expansions include fields, an outdoor "Amphitheater", academic/residential quadrangles, and expanded
parking. A proposed sports facility, including a baseball stadium, multi-purpose athletic stadium, and a hockey rink is
planned across Burrstone Road.
