Highland Associates developed a Master Plan for Wilkes University that included the logical placement of various
buildings, commons areas and quadrangles. Placements consider various issues, such as campus population centers,
pedestrian circulation, parking, etc. New planned facilities include a Student Union and Commons, Apartment/Dormitories,
and Classroom facilities. The program also included the renovation of several other classroom buildings and laboratories.
The Wilkes Campus incorporates several residential style buildings into the plan, and the vision was to create a unified
architectural style for all future new and renovated facilities.
