Highland Associates, working with Chrysler Realty, performed a study to determine the feasibility of renovations and repair to their leased showroom, offices, and service facilities in Manhattan. The study included designs and cost estimates for a re-clad of the building's exterior, and various renovations and upgrades to the interiors, mechanical, and electrical systems on all five levels of the exsisting building.
