Highland Associates provided full Architectural, Engineering and Design Services to Fox Hill County Club for the
renovation of 17,000 square feet of existing space containing offices, banquet rooms, grill room, women's lockers,
kitchen, lounge and decks. An 11,000 square foot addition included a men's locker room, a pro-shop, a new lobby and
the gallery corridor.
The scope of work also included new/upgraded electrical, mechanical, planning, and plumbing systems along with new
exterior siding, roofing, windows, doors, trim and landscaping. New interior finished included lighting, lockers,
casework and furniture.
