Highland Associates has designed the new Valley View multi-purpose stadium at the existing stadium complex. The site
is adjacent to an elementary school and a county owned park.
The stadium seats approximately 3,100 spectators in the new home grandstands and approximately 1,300 spectators on
the visitors' side. The new field is a synthetic surface, sized for football and soccer. The existing field house is
incorporated in the design with an addition housing a training facility. New facilities for restrooms, home
concessions, visitor concessions and an entry portal on a public plaza create a "big-league" atmosphere.
Design began in March, 2004 and was fast tracked to meet the opening day kick-off on September 3, 2004.
