Project Manager

This position requires 7-10 years of demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplined teams of design and construction phase professionals. Highland Associates’ Project Managers must be self-starters, and possess exceptional communication skills and experience in a wide variety of project types and scales, with an emphasis on commercial, retail, educational, health care and institutional projects.

Responsibilities also include assisting the Principals in: marketing presentations and developing proposals, establishing design and construction schedules and budgets, preparing contracts, propagating client relationships.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word; AutoCad is a plus. Registration desirable. Travel required.
