Senior Project ManagerThis position requires a minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplined teams of design and construction phase professionals. Senior Project Managers at Highland Associates are self-starters, possessing exceptional communication skills and experience in a wide variety of project types and scales, with an emphasis on commercial, retail, educational, health care and institutional projects.Responsibilities also include assisting in marketing presentations, developing proposals, establishing design and construction schedules and budgets, prepare contracts, propagate client relationship.
