Advertising legend Jerry Della Femina and his partners were looking for an image change. Leasing space on the 15th floor of 902 Broadway in New York City’s Flatiron District (the new creative media neighborhood of New York City). The space has commanding 360-degree views of the neighborhood. Highland Associates was excited by the opportunity to renovate the bones of a blueprinting shop into a new, energetic, creative environment using metal and glass at the perimeter, which allowed light and air to engulf the interior. A dynamic series of curves juxtaposed against a graphic floor pattern define the reception and gallery space. Along with a red and white color scheme consistent with their corporate identity the space has enabled Jerry Della Femina & Partners to once again reach out to cutting edge clients with creative, energetic advertising concepts.
