Highland Associates provided the architectural and engineering services for the construction of three 10,000 sq. ft. data halls within an existing purpose built building shell. Highland Associates’ Master Plan for the building included 120,000 sq. ft. of white space in 12 data halls, 13.5 MW of UPS power, 24 MW of utility / emergency power and 4,800 tons of chilled water cooling.
