The public market segment served by Highland Associates is comprised of varied and diverse cultural, public safety and justice projects. We have had the opportunity to work on secure, high performance correctional facilities, public safety centers, intermodals as well as award winning libraries, museums and our nation’s most beloved symbol of freedom, The Statue of Liberty. As a result, Highland has built and maintained strong relationships with developers, investors, and construction management firms to provide design services to municipal, local, state and federal clients under a variety of government agency-specific contracting methods, including IDC (Indefinite Delivery Contract), IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity), and MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract), and On-Call Contracts. Our experience has provided us with an intimate working knowledge of public entity processes and procedures to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner while meeting the aesthetic, security and business goals of our clients.

Testimonials

“Your staff of architects and engineers was such a coordinated and dedicated team. They should be very proud that the American people once again can visit the “Lady,” and have an exciting and educational experience. Certainly everyone is grateful to all of you.”
