Highland Associates was awarded MEP engineering design services through a competitive request for proposal process for the adaptive reuse of a former Sears anchor store at the Moorestown Mall.
Cooper Norcross Health, based in Camden, NJ, transformed the former retail hub into a three-floor, 165,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center offering a range of outpatient services, with 479 parking spaces for patients and staff.
This multi-specialty facility includes an ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, radiology, infusion therapy, radiation oncology (two LINAC Vaults), pharmacy, endoscopy and physician practice spaces.
