Highland Associates was awarded MEP engineering design services, through a competitive request for proposal process for the adaptive reuse of a former Sears anchor store located at the Moorestown Mall. Cooper University Health Care, will transform the former retail hub into an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Cooper University Health Care, based in Camden, NJ, will transform the old Sears store into a three-floor, 165,000 sq.ft. outpatient facility with a range of services and 479 parking spaces for patients and staff.

This multi-specialty facility includes an ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, radiology, infusion therapy, radiation oncology (two LINAC Vaults), pharmacy, endoscopy and physician practice spaces.
