Highland Associates provided comprehensive design services to the McGraw Central School District for a Capital Renovation Project which was focused on Security and Educational Improvements within their two Schools. Renovations to the Transportation Facility were also included in the scope of work.
The High School work included a new secure entrance that segregates student from public entrances, a new STEM and classroom addition, door and hardware upgrades throughout the facility, a new roof, lighting upgrades and HVAC upgrades.
Similar to the High School, the Elementary School included a new secured entrance in addition to cafeteria upgrades, door and hardware upgrades, a new playground and new roof.
The Transportation Facility renovations consisted of modifications to the bus garage doors, a new heated bus apron, new boiler, new roof and a new above ground fuel system.
