Marywood University selected Highland Associates to provide MEP Engineering services for the new Pascucci Family Health Sciences Pavilion. This 18,337 sq. ft. addition to the existing Keith J. O’Neill Center for Healthy Families includes state-of-the-art labs, tiered classrooms, conference areas, and the latest technologies. Existing O’Neill Building Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression and Heating System Infrastructure were extended to serve the new building addition. Campus underground chilled water distribution was extended to serve the building cooling needs. The new systems include energy efficient LED lighting and energy recovery variable volume ventilation.

Currently housing classes for dietetics, nutrition and exercise programs, the new addition will expand classes to nursing, physician assistant, and respiratory programs. This aligns with the University’s strategic goal of combining the in-demand health science programs under one roof. The new space elevates the learning experience of future healthcare professionals and contributes to the University’s mission of fostering excellence in education. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
